This article provides a resolution for an issue where an administrator can't enable Microsoft Teams dialer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

Symptoms

As an administrator, you can't turn on the Teams calls option on the Microsoft Teams calls settings page in the Sales Hub app.

Cause

The issue occurs because the administrator doesn't have the necessary license.
