ApplicationSettingsBase.OnSettingsLoaded Method

Definition

Raises the SettingsLoaded event.

protected:
 virtual void OnSettingsLoaded(System::Object ^ sender, System::Configuration::SettingsLoadedEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnSettingsLoaded (object sender, System.Configuration.SettingsLoadedEventArgs e);
abstract member OnSettingsLoaded : obj * System.Configuration.SettingsLoadedEventArgs -> unit
override this.OnSettingsLoaded : obj * System.Configuration.SettingsLoadedEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnSettingsLoaded (sender As Object, e As SettingsLoadedEventArgs)

Parameters

sender
Object

The source of the event.

e
SettingsLoadedEventArgs

A SettingsLoadedEventArgs that contains the event data.

Remarks

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.

The OnSettingsLoaded method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors

When overriding OnSettingsLoaded(Object, SettingsLoadedEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnSettingsLoaded(Object, SettingsLoadedEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
