Occurs when a TrackingProfile for a specific workflow Type is removed.

Remarks
A tracking service can raise the ProfileRemoved event to inform the runtime tracking infrastructure that new instances of the workflow Type specified in ProfileRemovedEventArgs should not be tracked.
