Il JoinMulticastGroup metodo sottoscrive l'oggetto UdpClient a un gruppo multicast usando l'oggetto specificato IPAddress. Dopo aver chiamato il JoinMulticastGroup metodo , l'oggetto sottostante Socket invia un pacchetto IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) al router che richiede l'appartenenza al gruppo multicast.
