BitLockerの表示が出て、48桁の回復キーを入れても回復せず、詳細オプションも再起動も試しましたがダメです。どうすればいいのでしょうか。

詳細オプションから何を試されましたか？ スタートアップ修復、システムの復元などいずれを試しても改善しない場合は、初期化（再インストール）が必要でしょう。
