注釈

Hour プロパティは、Offset プロパティの値の影響を受けません。

また、"H" または "HH" カスタム書式指定子を使用して ToString メソッドを呼び出すことによって、DateTimeOffset オブジェクトの時間コンポーネントの文字列表現を作成することもできます。
