注釈

Minute プロパティは、Offset プロパティの値の影響を受けません。

また、"m" または "mm" カスタム書式指定子を使用して ToString メソッドを呼び出すことによって、DateTimeOffset オブジェクトの分単位コンポーネントの文字列表現を作成することもできます。
