注釈

Month プロパティは、Offset プロパティの値の影響を受けません。

また、"M" または "MM" カスタム書式指定子を使用して ToString メソッドを呼び出すことによって、DateTimeOffset オブジェクトの月コンポーネントの文字列表現を作成することもできます。
