Tlbimp.exe (タイプライブラリインポーター) は、この属性をメソッドに適用します。

この属性は、タイプライブラリがインポートされるときに適用され、変更しないでください。メソッド FUNCFLAGS が 0 以外に評価された場合にのみ適用されます。属性は、元 FUNCFLAGS の設定方法を知る必要があるツールで使用するように設計されています。共通言語ランタイムでは、この属性は使用されません。
