.NET Framework 2.0 以降では、新しい機能を利用するために、メソッドとXmlWriterSettingsクラスをXmlWriter.Create使用してインスタンスを作成XmlWriterすることをお勧めします。
このメソッドを呼び出した後は、属性を記述するか、または 、WriteStringまたはWriteStartElement子要素を使用してWriteCommentコンテンツを作成できます。 終了タグが書き出された時点で要素 WriteEndElement を閉じることができます。
