매개 변수는 path

후행 공백은 디렉터리를 가져오기 전에 매개 변수의 path
끝에서 제거됩니다.
이 메서드에서 반환된 문자열은 마지막 DirectorySeparatorChar 또는 AltDirectorySeparatorChar까지의 경로에 있는 모든 문자로 구성되지만 포함하지는 않습니다. 예를 들어 "C:\Directory\SubDirectory\test.txt" 경로를 전달하면 GetParent "C:\Directory\SubDirectory"가 반환됩니다.
