A class representing a collection of SavingsPlanOrderModelResource and their operations. Each SavingsPlanOrderModelResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of BillingAccountResource. To get a SavingsPlanOrderModelCollection instance call the GetSavingsPlanOrderModels method from an instance of BillingAccountResource.
