A class representing a collection of ServiceBusRuleResource and their operations. Each ServiceBusRuleResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ServiceBusSubscriptionResource. To get a ServiceBusRuleCollection instance call the GetServiceBusRules method from an instance of ServiceBusSubscriptionResource.
