Initializes a new instance of the CertificateKeyUsage structure.

CrlSign	Gets a CertificateKeyUsage indicating that the certificate key can be used to sign a certificate revocation list.
DataEncipherment	Gets a CertificateKeyUsage indicating that the certificate key can be used for data encryption.
DecipherOnly	Gets a CertificateKeyUsage indicating that the certificate key can be used for decryption only.
DigitalSignature	Gets a CertificateKeyUsage indicating that the certificate key can be used as a digital signatures.
