The CreateFile(String, DataLakePathCreateOptions, CancellationToken) operation creates a file in this directory. If the file already exists, it will be overwritten. If you don't intent to overwrite an existing file, consider using the CreateIfNotExistsAsync(DataLakePathCreateOptions, CancellationToken) API.

A RequestFailedException will be thrown if a failure occurs.
