Indicates whether a DataRowView is new.

true if the row is new; otherwise false.
Remarks
After you call AddNew, IsNew will be true for the returned DataRowView. IsNew will be true until either EndEdit is called on the DataRowView, or AddNew is called again. (There is only one new row.)
