Dit NumberFormatInfo object dat door deze eigenschap wordt geretourneerd, verandert niet, ongeacht de huidige cultuur. Het vertegenwoordigt de opmaakconventies van de invariante cultuur, een cultuur die is gekoppeld aan de Engelse taal, maar niet met een land/regio.
