Click Fixed assets > Common > Fixed assets > Fixed assets. Double-click a fixed asset, or on the Action Pane, click Fixed asset to create a fixed asset.

Use this form to create and manage fixed assets.

Tab	Description
Fiscal information	Specify the fiscal information for the fixed asset.

Fields

Field	Description
Goods type	Select one of the following options to indicate the type of fixed asset item: Goods – An asset that is available and is being used. Component – A part of an asset that is manufactured by the legal entity. Notitie This information is required in the Sistema Público de Escrituração Digital (SPED) fiscal file.
Fixed asset from inventory	Select this check box to indicate that the fixed asset is transferred from inventory.
Physical asset number	Enter the physical asset number of the fixed asset.
ICMS credit	Select this check box to apply the Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços (ICMS) tax credit to the fixed asset in installments. Notitie Only the fixed assets that receive ICMS credit in installments are used for fiscal reporting.
PIS/COFINS credit	Select this check box to apply the Programa de Integração Social (PIS)/Contribuição para o financiamente da securidade social (COFINS) credit to the fixed asset in installments.
ICMS credit installments	Enter the number of installments for the ICMS tax credit.
