A class representing a collection of PartnerNamespaceResource and their operations. Each PartnerNamespaceResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a PartnerNamespaceCollection instance call the GetPartnerNamespaces method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
