Country	The country associated with the Latency Scorecard. Values are country ISO codes as specified here- https://www.iso.org/iso-3166-country-codes.html.
Description	The description of the Latency Scorecard.
EndOn	The end time of the Latency Scorecard in UTC.
Id	Fully qualified resource ID for the resource. Ex - /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/{resourceProviderNamespace}/{resourceType}/{resourceName}. (Inherited from ResourceData)
LatencyMetrics	The latency metrics of the Latency Scorecard.
LatencyScorecardId	The unique identifier of the Latency Scorecard.
