A class representing a collection of DicomServiceResource and their operations. Each DicomServiceResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of HealthcareApisWorkspaceResource. To get a DicomServiceCollection instance call the GetDicomServices method from an instance of HealthcareApisWorkspaceResource.
