Retail administrators and managers often deal with multiple applications that are meant to address specific operational areas across retail stores. Dealing with apps on diverse product lines and platforms creates additional overhead on their daily schedule and in their app experience. Retail administrators and managers can now access Store Operations Assist admin from within Microsoft Teams making the experience seamless.

Feature details

This feature enables retail managers to switch to Store Operations Assist admin from within Teams with just a single click on the Teams menu. The retail managers can stay connected to their Teams communications while at the same time effortlessly switch to and from Store Operations Assist to manage their daily activities or monitor and plan store operations through the embedded Power BI dashboard.
