Speech Server exposes internal administrative information about applications, Speech Server deployments, and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) peers through its Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) provider. Other programs and scripts with appropriate permissions can read and, in some cases, modify the data. Instances of WMI classes are stored on the computer running Speech Server and can be accessed remotely from other computers.
