Comentários

Essa propriedade retorna o valor retornado invocando ReadTimeout no fluxo subjacente. Quando você define essa propriedade, o ReadTimeout valor no fluxo subjacente é definido como o valor especificado.

Se o fluxo subjacente for um NetworkStream, ReadTimeout estará em milissegundos e será definido como por padrão para Infinite que as operações de leitura não atingissem o tempo limite.
