Obtém uma representação local do sistema operacional de um nome de arquivo.

Esta instância representa uma URL relativa, e esta propriedade só é válida para URIs absolutos.

O valor retornado por essa propriedade não está em escape. Se o caminho for reconhecido como um caminho de arquivo Windows, todas as barras (/) serão substituídas por barras\ ().
Para o URI file://computer/file.ext, o caminho absoluto é /file.ext e o caminho local é \\computer\file.ext.
