Você pode manipular o SelectedCellsChanged evento a ser notificado quando a coleção de células selecionadas for alterada. Se a seleção incluir linhas completas, o Selector.SelectionChanged evento também será gerado.

Você pode recuperar o AddedCells e RemovedCells do no manipulador de SelectedCellsChangedEventArgs eventos.
