A ScrollAlwaysVisible propriedade indica se uma barra de rolagem vertical é sempre exibida, mesmo que o número de itens no ListBox não exija a exibição da barra de rolagem vertical. Por padrão, um ListBox mostra apenas uma barra de rolagem vertical quando há itens suficientes para garantir a exibição. Para um multicolumn ListBox, a ScrollAlwaysVisible propriedade indica que uma barra de rolagem horizontal é exibida. Uma barra de rolagem vertical nunca é exibida independentemente do valor dessa propriedade para um multicolumn ListBox.
