Book Club #3: Building on the Windows 7 User Experience to Delight Your Customers
During today’s edition of the Book Club, we announced a competition to win a ticket to TechEd 2010.
We are looking for a Windows 7 Application that takes advantage of the operating system, such as the ribbon, location, touch etc. For more information, visit the MSDN Windows Development Centre. We will judge the application on inspiration, simplicity, ability to deliver the application in terms of development time and the impact it would have on your customers, partners or community.
Competition overview: Your application should work with Windows 7, and show the potential benefits of Windows 7
- Email the following information to win7idea@microsoft.com:
- Your name
- Your address
- Contact Phone Number
- A short description of yourapplication not exceeding 150 words.
- No more than 10 screen shots of the application showing the various Windows 7 features being used
- Competition ends 30 April 2010 and the winner will be notified by email by 30 May 2010.
