Comentários

Para determinar se dois TimeZoneInfo.AdjustmentRule objetos são iguais, o Equals(TimeZoneInfo+AdjustmentRule) método compara os valores de membro de cada objeto. Duas regras de ajuste serão iguais se tiverem as mesmas datas efetivas, o mesmo delta e valores idênticos para os TimeZoneInfo.TransitionTime objetos retornados por suas DaylightTransitionStart propriedades e DaylightTransitionEnd propriedades.
