Comentários
Como o PageIndexChanging evento ocorre antes que o GridView controle execute a operação de paginação, a PageIndex propriedade do controle não pode ser usada para determinar o índice da página selecionada pelo usuário. Use a NewPageIndex propriedade para determinar o índice da página selecionada pelo usuário.
Observação
Durante o PageIndexChanging evento, a PageIndex propriedade ainda contém o índice da página exibida anteriormente.
Você também pode usar essa propriedade para substituir programaticamente o índice de página selecionado pelo usuário definindo-o como outro valor.
