Comentários

Manipule o Deleting evento para executar operações de inicialização adicionais específicas ao seu aplicativo, validar os valores dos parâmetros ou alterar os valores de parâmetro antes que o SqlDataSource controle execute a operação de exclusão.

A conexão com a fonte de dados subjacente ainda não está aberta quando o delegado do manipulador de eventos é chamado. Portanto, você não pode cancelar a operação diretamente chamando o Cancel método no DbCommand objeto exposto pelo SqlDataSourceCommandEventArgs objeto . No entanto, você pode cancelar a operação de banco de dados definindo a Cancel propriedade do SqlDataSourceCommandEventArgs objeto como true.
