Activities are similar to interests. The important difference is that customers may perform activities in which they have no 'interest' or 'passion'.
The key for a business is to identify the activities that can be used to acquire customers, market to customers or achieve some similar business objective.
Activities describe what a consumer 'does', such as occupation, hobbies, entertainment.
