Handled	Возвращает или задает значение, показывающее, используется ли объект ServiceDescriptionFormatExtension при импорте элемента расширения среды. (Унаследовано от ServiceDescriptionFormatExtension)
Name	Получает или задает значение атрибута имени, которое связывает сбой SOAP со сбоем WDSL, определенным для заданной операции.
Namespace	Получает или задает URI, который указывает расположение спецификации для кодировки содержимого, не определенного отдельно свойством Encoding.
