Returns a proxy configured with the Internet options settings of the currently impersonated user.

Caution
WebRequest
, HttpWebRequest
, ServicePoint
, and WebClient
are obsolete, and you shouldn't use them for new development. Use HttpClient instead.
GetSystemWebProxy method reads the current user's Internet options proxy settings. This process includes the options to automatically detect proxy settings, use an automatic configuration script, manual proxy server settings, and advanced manual proxy server settings.
If your application impersonates several users, you can use the GetSystemWebProxy method to retrieve a proxy for each impersonated user.
