Gets the ResourceKey for the Color that designates a hot-tracked item.

The resource key for the Color that designates a hot-tracked item.
Remarks
Use the HotTrackColorKey to create a dynamic reference to the hot track system color. This dynamic reference will automatically update if the color is changed. To create a static reference that does not update automatically, use HotTrackColor.
