Gets the ResourceKey for the SolidColorBrush that paints the border of an inactive window.

The resource key for the SolidColorBrush that paints the border of an inactive window. This brush's IsFrozen property is true, so it cannot be modified.
Remarks
Use the InactiveBorderBrushKey to create a dynamic reference to the brush that paints the border of an inactive window. This dynamic reference will automatically update if the brush is changed. To create a static reference that does not update automatically, use InactiveBorderBrush.
