How do I get my balance for my Azure Sponsorship

Hello! I have a Azure Sponsorship environment. When I try too see my balance it says that I should go to https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Balance

But at that site I get "This account does not have an active Sponsorship." no matter what account I try to login with

What is wrong?
