[Protocol Method] Update the given glossary category by its GUID.

This protocol method allows explicit creation of the request and processing of the response for advanced scenarios.
Please try the simpler UpdateCategoryAsync(String, AtlasGlossaryCategory, CancellationToken) convenience overload with strongly typed models first.
