Initializes a new instance of the AxHost.ConnectionPointCookie class.

A connectable object that contains connection points.
- sink
- Object
The client's sink which receives outgoing calls from the connection point.
- eventInterface
- Type
The outgoing interface whose connection point object is being requested.
source does not implement eventInterface.
The connection point has already reached its limit of connections and cannot accept any more.
The AxHost.ConnectionPointCookie constructor establishes a connection between the ActiveX control and the client.
