Unable to Access Company Microsoft Admin Account

Due to the resignation of our former HR team, we no longer have access to our company’s Microsoft admin account. The password was changed, and no one in our current team has the updated credentials.

We contacted the service provider who used to manage our account, but they were unable to help us regain access. They attempted to contact Microsoft on our behalf, but the response came only from an international team. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the issue through that channel due to problems with international call quality and communication difficulties.

We were advised to contact the Microsoft Thailand team instead. However, we have not received any follow-up from them. Additionally, attempts to reach Microsoft Thailand directly have been unsuccessful, as we were only met with an automated Thai-language system that failed to understand our inquiries.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance with the following

1.How can we directly contact Microsoft Thailand for support on this issue?

2.If contacting them directly is not possible, is it possible to receive support via email from any microsoft support team ? If so, could you please advise on the correct procedure?

3.Are there any alternative support channels we can use to resolve this issue?

4.Or any other channels that could help resolve this issue.
