Remarks

The wa parameter specifies the action to be performed. For example, for sign-in scenarios the Action property is set to "wsignin1.0" and for sign-out scenarios, the property is set to "wsignout1.0". The wa parameter is required, so this property cannot be set to null or an empty string.
