They also need to review engagement metrics for their campaigns so that they can make improvements where needed. With the new out-of-the-box aggregated channel analytics dashboard in real-time marketing, you can track important delivery and engagement metrics at any level of aggregation—across all channels, journeys, and marketing assets. You can even zoom in on a particular channel or message. You can also learn from trends of important metrics over a specified time period to further improve your marketing efforts.
