电脑蓝牙原有设备删不掉，新的设备无法搜索，而且蓝牙允许其他设备连接是灰色 的，在网上查了很多次按步骤驱动管理器什么都不管用，是什么原因，希望大家指点一下，怎么解决

Dear Team,

1. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters and run the "Bluetooth" troubleshooter.
2. Reinstall Bluetooth Driver:
   • Open Device Manager (search for it in the Start menu).
   • Expand Bluetooth.
   • Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter (it might have a generic name like "Generic Bluetooth Radio" or a specific brand name).
   • Select Uninstall device. Crucially, if given the option, check "Attempt to remove the driver software for this device."
   • Restart your computer. Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.
