Since there is no correct tag on this forum, I will try my best to assist you. The right place to get help is directly through Partner Center. To create a support ticket, go to the top right corner, click AI Assist, and enter a short description of your problem. Once the AI responds, a Contact Support option will appear at the bottom of the chatbox. When filling out the ticket, make sure to include your App ID and a clear timeline of your submissions so the support team can pick it up without needing to ask follow-up questions.
If you do not hear back after a few days, I would also suggest reposting in the English locale forum so it gets routed to the right tag and picked up faster.
