一个Boolean值。如果 true，数据库至少有一个现有的拉取订阅。如果 false，数据库没有现有的拉取订阅。

HasPullSubscriptions该属性只能由Publisher中固定服务器角色的成员sysadmin或复制数据库中固定数据库角色的成员db_owner检索。
