在使用 AgentCheckupInterval之前，使用 IsDistributor 检查当前服务器是否为分发服务器。

公共 AgentCheckupInterval 固定数据库角色可以检索 属性。

属性 AgentCheckupInterval 只能由 sysadmin 固定服务器角色设置。 AgentCheckupInterval获取 属性等效于执行 sp_helpdistributor_properties (Transact-SQL) 存储过程。
