构造函数

InstallerTypeAttribute(String)	用组件的安装程序的类型名称初始化 InstallerTypeAttribute 类的新实例。
InstallerTypeAttribute(Type)	当给定表示组件安装程序的 InstallerTypeAttribute 时，初始化 Type 类的新实例。
