互操作程序集包含描述现有 COM 类型的元数据，这些类型通常已在 COM 类型库中描述。 Tlbimp.exe从 COM 类型库生成互操作程序集。 互操作程序集通常只包含元数据 (没有代码) 。 主互操作程序集由与其描述的类型库相同的发布者提供，并提供使用该类型库定义的类型的官方定义。 主互操作程序集始终由其发布者签名，以确保唯一性。

可以通过以下方式从类型库生成主互操作程序集：

• 从命令行使用 选项运行 TlbImp.exe /primary 。

• 在 PrimaryInteropAssemblyAttribute 设计时应用 。

若要在托管源代码中指定主互操作程序集，必须在设计时将 和 PrimaryInteropAssemblyAttribute 应用于System.Runtime.InteropServices.GuidAttribute程序集。 GuidAttribute主互操作程序集上的 标识类型库的 LIBID，标识PrimaryInteropAssemblyAttribute此程序集是主互操作程序集的特定类型库的版本。 PrimaryInteropAssemblyAttribute如果程序集是同一类型库的多个版本的主互操作程序集，则 可能会出现多次。
