代码访问安全性（CAS）已在 .NET Framework 和 .NET 的所有版本中弃用。 如果使用与 CAS 相关的 API，最新版本的 .NET 不会遵循 CAS 注释，并会生成错误。 开发人员应寻求完成安全任务的替代方法。
站点标识仅用于使用 HTTP、HTTPS 和 FTP 协议的 URL 中的代码。 网站是 URL 协议后“//”与以下“/”之间的字符串，例如 www.fourthcoffee.com ，在 URL http://www.fourthcoffee.com/process/grind.htm中存在。 这不包括端口号。 如果给定的 URL 是http://www.fourthcoffee.com:8000/，则该网站是www.fourthcoffee.com，而不是www.fourthcoffee.com:8000。
站点可以完全匹配，也可以通过点分隔符处的通配符（“*”）前缀进行匹配。 例如，站点名称字符串 *.fourthcoffee.com 匹配 fourthcoffee.com 以及 www.fourthcoffee.com。 如果没有通配符，站点名称必须是精确匹配项。 网站名称字符串 * 将匹配任何网站，但不匹配没有网站证据的代码。

从 .NET Framework 4 开始，不会使用标识权限。
在 .NET Framework 版本 1.0 和 1.1 中，即使调用程序集完全受信任，对标识权限的要求也有效。 也就是说，尽管调用程序集具有完全信任，但如果程序集不符合所需条件，则对标识权限的要求会失败。 在 .NET Framework 版本 2.0 中，如果调用程序集具有完全信任，则对标识权限的要求无效。 这可确保所有权限的一致性，从而消除将标识权限视为特殊情况。
允许的声明范围取决于所使用的 SecurityAction。
安全属性声明的安全信息存储在属性目标的元数据中，并在运行时由系统访问。 安全属性仅用于声明性安全性。 为了获得强制性安全性，请使用相应的权限类。
