CanExecute调用上的 RoutedCommand 方法时，PreviewCanExecute如果命令目标具有 CommandBinding 命令的，则会在命令目标上引发事件。然后调用 CanExecute 的 CommandBinding 处理程序。如果命令目标没有 CommandBinding 命令的，则事件会将 CanExecute 元素树向上冒泡，以搜索与命令关联的元素 CommandBinding 。如果未处理事件，则会引发事件 CanExecute 。
